3. Special Conditions for Live Courses
For Live Courses (e.g., webinars, workshops, intensive training programs), the following special conditions apply:
Eligibility for Refunds

- If you attend live sessions on the first day but decide to request a refund before the second day starts, you may still qualify for a refund as long as you have not exceeded the 20% usage limit for Course materials.
- If you download preparatory materials (e.g., PDF guides or slides) but do not attend any live sessions on the second day, you may still be eligible for a refund as long as the downloaded materials are deleted.

In exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests after the second day has started. For example:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from participating in live sessions, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If you are unable to attend the Course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please provide supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) for review.
Important: The Company reserves the right to verify your eligibility for a refund, including confirming that you have not accessed more than the allowed portion of the Course content or attended live sessions on the second day.
4. Late Refund Requests (After 14 Days)
If you request a refund after the 14-day refund period but before completing the Course, we may offer alternative solutions at our sole discretion, such as:
- Partial Refund: In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of the Course you have accessed.
- Course Extension: We may extend your access to the Course to allow you more time to complete it.
